1808 cbh grade and attribution please

    Alright guys ive been doing some google searching and the die crack on the obverse lines up with the O-101 1808/7 does this sound correct to you guys

    The attribution looks right , but the wear patterns range from G4 (Reverse Legend area) to F-15 (tip of bust) with a condition below average, but not scudzy. I would have to give it a Net G4. I am somewhat concerned with the wear pattern because the tip of the bust is sharper than the middle of the bust. It's just not a wear pattern I've seen. I wonder if it has been retooled.

    I believe what your seeing is due to it being scanned in the 2X2 i will post some actual pictures of it tonight around 8:00 if that will help
    I paid 75 for it and the coin dealer i got it from had a grade of f-12 on it i was leaning more towards a vg-8 on it imho

    I could live with vg-8 as your choice of grade, when I first glanced at I thought g/vg. I don't think it is a bad price. I can't attribute until I get home to visit my books.

    thanks mark! i apppreciate it. was a bit sceptical with this being my first cbh. what are some good books on this particular series?
