I have a $20 bill that is only printed on one side. The face looks good, but the back is totally blank. I live in Md and had a Treasury official look at it. He said it was the real deal. Any ideas?

As I said, one side is completely blank. I immediately thought it was counterfeit and notified authorities. They inspected it and said it was the real thing, just a misprint. I took it to a coin dealer a couple of years ago and he gave me a very low ball offer. Not really interested in parting with it, but am curious to find out how rare it really is.
