1995 proof set

i was wondering why the 1995 proof set is so special and worth more than other sets

I don't collect a lot of proof sets but probably one of the reasons is because it has a low mintage.

 

Actually,the 1997 set is also worth the same ($50-60) but it skips a year.1996 is only $20 or less...go figure!
And they all look the same to me.:smile
