1999 Penny with die crack and something else

I found this penny with a die crack on the top of lincolns head and something else on liberty but i dont know what its called any help would be appreciated

Die crack looks good but i think that is just a scratch above liberty unless i'm not seeing something~

 

Thanks for the reply, between the b and e in liberty is what looks like a built up chunk of copper

 

Ahhh... looked like discolorization. Not sure exactly what that would be as clearly it is a late stage die since it has a crack but i'd call it a CUD. Normally they appear around the rim first. Maybe someone else with more knowledge will chime in~
