I don't really ever pick up raw but just wanted this one for some reason. What do you think it would grade.

Those appear to be circulation marks on her cheek, not bag marks. I would say AU-55.

Too much circulation hits on the obverse for MS, IMO.

    AU.

    No such grade.

60-70 are the MS range, as well as PR. AU only goes up to 58.

AU-55. Wear on the breast feathers of the reverse are a give away.

I'm aware of that. AU64 is just an expression.

I'm not sure the coin would grade. The area just to the left of the eagle looks like someone worked on some spots. Hope I'm wrong.

    sigh

I don't see that but i could be wrong. i think it is an MS63 based on the obverse and the toning, if not artifical, may bring a premium. I did look closely that the wing tips but decided what might be wear is a trick of the light. The hair above the ear is usually the first place to get wear and it looks clean to me. I can change my mind if I had it in my hand.

    AU-55.

Has a lot of wear on the chest and some parts of field are worn good.

    It might even go AU50.

Definitely NOT circulated. It looks like a typical Morgan MS 63. I have had tons of them that look like that--it isn't wear, but contact marks. The tone makes it look really nice. Check out the reverse for wear--the eagle feathers don't show any wear, so it isn't circulated.

If that coin grades AU, I'm turning in my coin collecting card.

    That coin's mint state, IMO.

Thats what I was saying! I'm mumbling to myself here saying "what the heck are they looking at".
