Got a box of 500 and have gone through 100 coins so far.
Mostly 64/65 or less.

I'm really surprised with the quality of even the coin in the photo. The mint should try to produce a quality product; after all, these are sold over face

 

Hmmm... that Indian reminds me of the Buffalo Nickel a little bit... I like it!

Im awaiting the proofs to hit ebay to buy one already slabbed. I collect the new reverse each year, this is my favorite.

Looks good I'm a sac. fan but haven't gotten any 2012's yet, but will at some point.

 

Went over to eBay to see if anyone had some them graded yet. Guess what SGS got a whole bunch of perfect coins graded already.

 

I'm looking forward to getting a copy in the annual sets. This one has definite character!

 

I got my annual two roll (P&D) installment the other day. I don't crack 'em, I just file them away for a rainy day. Haven't a clue as to what the reverse looks like (strike wise) as both rolls are end capped with the obverse. Chief's (OP) reverse example looks outstanding.....

Proof sets should be here on Monday. It will be interesting to see how this coin strikes up in that set.

 

I plan to buy the 2012 Uncirculated Set on May 21, and when I receive it, I will break the ATB quarters and the NA dollars to put into my folders, and possibly spend everything else.

 

I bet they will be awesome. I'll get a PCGS PR69 on Ebay in about 6-8 months when they are $10-$12.

I really like that design. It reminds you of the buff nickel and the gold indian heads.

 

If the ones you don't want are gemmy examples I'll bet you could get better than face value for them. Hint hint.

 

Spend?!
There are a lot of people (and unfortunately I am one of them) who could get these for face value only if they pay $980 USD for plane ticket and fly to US.

If you`re OK with international shipping, I`ll be glad to take some and pay small premium+shipping.

 

That is the best of the uncirculated coins with those serious bag marks on the face and the horse? Why would this be? Did they intentionally drop them from a 20 story building? Business strike quarters look better.

Yeah, but look at that strike. It seems higher relief (to me) from the photo.

 

i don't think it is higher than the rim. Either way, that is a tough brass alloy and I've seen a lot of sacs in circulation that look near mint state, and this one looks like a maniac attacked it with a steak knife.

I'm not trying to be paridulous here, but just to give justifiable critique.

These business strikes are pretty bad...lets say 50 stories.
