1960 Proof DDR Dime

Hey guys can you take a look at this proof and tell me if it is a DDR or not.

There is a 1960 DDO that I'm aware of but not a DDR.
Post a larger picture of the date and we can let you know if you at least have the DDO.

 

Oh now I see PCGS has a 1960 DDR listed too... FS-801 (FS 015.5). That's a new one to me.

 

It's not the one in the CPG and I don't see any doubling elsewhere.
