I have this 1990 1C that appears to have a clipped planchet. Except the coin itself has an indent, its not clipped all the way through (Obverse- bottom left; Reverse- Top left). I was wondering if this could be because the coin was struck again at the mint. Also I have no Idea on what a value a coin like this has, because I am new to the world of errors.
I am open for your opinions, thank you.

Looks like an indent rather than a clip to me. I think a blank planchet came between your coin (before it was struck) and the dies so that when your coin was struck the other blank planchet caused an indent. That's my best guess anyway.

Thank you, Hobo. I never thought that that would be the incident. Would this bring any type of premium to the coin?

Definitely. How much? I don't know. You could search eBay for completed listings to get a general idea.
