Pennies I've held onto..see anything good?

Hey guys these are just some pennies I've held onto for a while till I learn what exactly im doing so please just bare with me. Any comments and tips would be great I'm just trying to learn what exactly to look for. I'm really interested in unique flaws...Big or small. So if you guys would take a look and let me know what you think that would be amazing! Once again tips would be so much help. everything looks fine to me.

 

They look like run-of-the-mill copper cents.

 

Chances are they are worth only face value ($.01). However, they might be RPMs or DDO/Rs. Check this site out and see if any of your coins match the pictures! http://www.coppercoins.com/lincoln/date.php

 

LOL roll searching for someone else. I dont think there is anything significant or worth keeping but keep trying.

 

RPM= Re-Punched Mint mark

DDO= Double Die Obverse

DDR= Double Die Reverse

 

May I ask Why is there such a difference in the D on these? Is it just wear?

I think in 1968 they still punched the mint mark by hand. This would allow for different amounts of alloy to hit the coin. I am just guessing at this. You could also have a RPM on the lower 1968-D. It looks very much like an example at Coppercoins.com

I believe they still hand-punched the mintmark in by hand until 1990 or so, so definitely it would be hand-punched
