    Note the prices for a low-MS T2 over a T1 or T3. :)

I've got an XF, 5 AU's, and two MS T2's.

There was only 2 x 1972 and neither were type 2's. There were a lot of 1978 in good shape still.

Box of halves today = skunk
2 boxes of Pennies = 16 total wheats and a ton of Canadians.

I hadn't done Pennies in a long time, maybe wheats are starting to dry up more, or maybe it's just some crappy boxes. The worst box of Pennies I had before for wheats was 9 before today.

I did manage to pull a 1940-d that I needed for my Whitman though.

Also I found 3 Indian Heads this weekend Metal Detecting...

I know some folks here will appreciate hearing that.

Kind of a crappy day, especially for silver:
    $11 loose halves: skunk
    $440 CWR dimes: just a 1984 Bermuda 10 cents
$94 BWR nickels: a nice 1946 S and two pennies
    $6 CWR nickels: 1997 Norwegian 1 Krone

Sorry about not getting those pics, doing some work on my computer. Stay tuned!

Wow, May has been brutal. Last night was the 7th box of halves in a row with no silver. Last nights box didn't have anything, No Nifc, no proofs, and really just a generic box of circulated coins. I thought by doing 5 a week the volume would help but no silver so far in May. Oh well, another box tonight. I am using 2 sources to pickup and I have found silver from both banks and they are supplied by different coin vendors so I guess it is just a slump. After a long dry spell do you guys end up finding a good run.

Last month was awesome but started out slowly too. Good luck to everyone including me!!:thumb:

    2 boxes of pennies
    1st box: 43 wheats, including a 1923-S and a 1931-D. also got a very circulated 1969-S proof. My first proof cent :)
2nd box: 18 wheats, and an AU 2000 WAM

edit: also just filled my 10th box of 1959-81 copper :)

went to the bank and they had 6 rolls of halves. figured id take them, what the heck. Got in the car, saw they had "copper" written on them. I was like WTF, does that mean they've already been searched? so i went through with it anyways and picked up 3 '69 halves and 1 '67 half.

    ILL TAKE THAT!!

    :D

You sure it's a proof? 1968 & 1969 both had normal circulated strikes from San Francisco.

Yes, it is a proof. It has a mirror background, the rim sticks out more than a business strike, and it has a subtle cameo.

    I need a fresh supply I guess.

My last $1250 in dimes have produced 2 x Roosie

I have not scored a 90% half since back in March.

BTW - a certain bank in our area asked me if I wanted any Ikes today. Some crazy young guy apparently dropped off over $500 in them, but there was no Silver...they already checked, but they were glad I came in if I wanted them from a collectibility standpoint. Otherwise, they were going to be shipped off tonight.

I told em I'd pass as I had some already.

I wonder who that guy was????

    ;)

Sounds like a suspicious character. Probably robbed another bank or something. If they still have them next Tuesday, I'm gonna buy them back, ha.

Box of halves; skunk. That's what I get for saying fresh supplies have turned things around, ugh.

Did $100 in CWR from the bank I hit the jackpot at a few weeks ago. The teller put them on the counter and they were taped on the ends just like the best rolls from the last time, which had like 8 40% per roll so I got really excited, but I just got 1 40%er this time. Oh well better than nothing. I haven't found a 90%er in a year I sure wish I could get lucky with some of those.

another box of pennies. I laughed at the Denver coin, first time I saw one of them in a roll! also pictured is a 1950 George Canadian and a 1969-S proof lincoln. (got the proof from my previous box).
