The obverse appears to be misaligned slightly. It doesn't add any value however. This is pretty common.
It is pretty common. They're spenders though, use them in the vending machine to get yourself a Snickers, that's all they're good for.

bigbird, If the planchet was centered in the collar but one of the dies was off-center when the coin was struck we call that a MAD (misaligned die). That is fairly common and MAD coins usually do not command a premium. If the dies are aligned but the planchet was not centered in the collar both sides of the coin will be off center. We call that an off center strike. That is fairly uncommon and does command a premium.
