Looks like it had an old cleaning, notice the frosty look around the devices. It may just be the image. If it is not cleaned, I would call it an AU-55.
I would say AU details and it reminds me of baking soda type look from the picture. The picture reminds me of one my local dealer showed me. Then again pictures can make coins look worse than they are.
Thanks guys, I was thinking the coin to be a AU50. Most of the luster is gone but it is still really shiny.
Almost definitely cleaned, probably about 40-50 years ago, and returning to form. Not a MS coin, or slab-worthy, but decent details. This is the caveat of buying raw Morgans--so many have been dipped.
