Delamination?

    Saw this on e-bay listed as a damaged coin...is it a delamination instead?

    Not sure a lamination would still be attached.
    Does there seem to be a void in the area or is there attached metal?

    Interesting texture, but I would agree it seems to be a lamination based on the long peel shape.

    Nice error and scarce coin, maybe cleaned though. Much darker around Queen Victoria/portrait/denticles.
