1989 Off-Center Cent

Just pulled this out of one of my box rolls, and I was wondering what it may be worth, would love to hear anyone's opinions!
Looks about 5% off to me, appears very nice in hand!

Neato, Probably would scrape 5%

 

I measured in photoshop and the size of the whole planchet is 225px, while the size of the design is only 208px, meaning it's about 7.5% off center what do you think it's worth? a few bucks?

 

I wouldn't pay much more than a buck fifty for it. But since it is a find, it is a pretty good one.

 

Not very dramatic, but still a nice circulation find- especially considering its 20+ years old.
