Good evening everyone, As I have only focused on Icelandic coins I have never shown notes from my country on coin talk. So here is one beauty from my collection that is very hard to find in this condition and is my favourit Icelandic note. It´s a 1928 Law 100 Kronur or the big red as I call it P#30 Siggi
In iceland the date on notes is always when the law was made for that denominations. Next was 1957 then 1961, 1980, 1986 2000 and 2001 is the last one.

Nope I tend to stay away from notes, but when a good one is in my hands I tend to keep it. For at least some time
Dear Siggi, Thats a beautiful note!Will you by any chance be having old Icelandic banknotes (1928 and before)? I am looking for all pre 1928 notes and apart from that 50 Kronur (P29),100 Kronur (P30) and 500 Kronur (P31). I currently reside in Iceland and I am also a member of Myntsafnarafelad Islands.
