Need help with 1884 indian head cent

    Does this cent have to much wear to show the denticles on eaither side . and is this an off center strike . indian-1884.jpg 1884-indian.jpg

    You have a nice even rim all the way around on both sides, why would you think it is off-center?

    He probably thinks it's off center because the OBV. right center rim is so worn to the bare surfaces, giving it a off center appearance.

    After taking a better look at the coin your right its not an off center . is the wear on the coin the reason it doesnt have denticles.

    i see a slight and insignificant obv misaligned die.

    I see a hint of what's left of the denticles at the bottom of the obverse.

    Looks like wear on the rim at the 9 and 3 o'clock area give that illusion. When I enlarge it I can clearly see the rim on the 9 o'c;lock side was correct most of the way thru. The 3 oclock is to heavily worn to tell. I would say, no, wear only.
