1849 ten dollar Mormon coin

Hi, I have a ten dollar 1849 Mormon coin
and was wondering if someone could tell
me if it was possibly authentic. and if it
would be worth anything. I am having trouble
uploading the picture since it is on my phone
so I was wondering if anyone would be willing
to let me email the pictures of the coin to you.
any information about this coin is appreciated!

It would be better if you use a camera, not the one on your phone, and upload them here or to an online image site like Photobucket.com and post the links here.

Members would need to see clear, large images of obverse and reverse sides of the coin in question.
