Hey guys I was hoping for an opinion on a coin I found. I think that its called a rail road or collar error can you give me some advice? Here are some pictures.
Welcome to CT! Nope, not a RR edge. Just beaten up and possibly dipped in acid eating the copper core away. The copper is eaten faster than the nickel, giving that scooped edge. Keep looking, though. There are errors to be found out there. Happy hunting.
