http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=280004391669 He claims a 63 coin is a 66, and prides themselves on being knowledgeable about coins. I wrote and asked where they got their grading standards from, and told them they should be ashamed of themselves. I don't know why I singled this guy out, seeing there are about 10 billion other ignorant people on ebay.
Bad case of Morgan acne on the obverse with a large ding on the reverse? Wow if that constitutes an MS66 to this guy I have a lot of AU58's that I thought were F or G to sell him Keep us updated on their response
I've looked at bidding on some of this guys lots---only graded coins---but what makes me mad is how he goes about getting money....he will list an item and if it only gets ONE bid then when the item only has one day to go he pulls it and relists it for the same price.....then all at once he has tons of bids.... Speedy
Hey zane! I bet you run out of letters before you do people doing the same thing all the time on eBay and elsewhere.
Im starting to belive that buying coins site unseen (I consider fuzzy pictures as site unseen) on ebay is a bad idea unless they are graded by one of the top 3 grading companies because honestly its so easy to get jiped on ebay these days.
It looks like there is a die crack in the obverse stars on the left side. Might be interesting just for that alone... Really not a bad looking coin.
