sticker off!

hello everyone.. Im just new here and I would like to ask how to get rid of a sticker from a coin.. without damaging it.. The sticker i think had been there for so many years now.. I would appreciate if you could help me..

What kind of sticker is it? there are people who collect coins with business advertising stickers on them and they will sometime pay a significant premium for them.
