1999 D Multiple Strike?

I am cherrypicking a box of pennies and came across this penny. Gotta admit I am new to this hobby (& loving it). I am trying to ID this error and any value the coin may have other than being interesting?

Looks like another glue job.

 

Hi and welcome to Coin Talk. That looks like a glue job, the coin had glue on it and was attached to another coin. When the coins were separated an image of the attached coin was left behind. If you have any acetone, a quick soak should remove the glue.

Thanks I didn't see any other error so I might just leave it intact b/c it was my first "fun" find

 

good call guys I put some of my wifes nail polish remover on part of it and part of it came off. Thanks
