Generally I have heard the recommendation that when shipping coins and bullion discretion is critical for security purposes, so should we always write a person's name as the addressee and as the sender? Does a tantalizing piece of information on the outside of the parcel, like "rare coins inside" or "extremely valuable gold and platinum bullion" with graphics with gleaming colors cancel out insurance coverage, or other tell-tale indicators? Usually my insurer insists that covered coins be shipped "a box in a box" to get the coverage. But when using express shipping, this means at least an additional $10 over the envelope shipping. Is there any way around the extra charges? Thanks.
How important is it to you to receive what you ordered? Personally, I would spring for the 10 bucks to guarantee delivery of the item.

How about creating your own "special" return address labels such as "Owle's Legal Services" or "Owle's Appliance repair and parts" with your return address. Creating a dummy company is a good idea. Paying for the labels is not. You can make them with your own computer and printer with free templates from Avery.
