I saw a coin today from one side only and was not able to pick it up. On the side I could see it appeared to show a typical viking head, one that had the helmet with the horns sticking out of it. Above the head it had what appeared to be the word Scandia(unkown if that is actually what it said) The coin was smaller than a quarter and bigger than a nickel. It was about the size of one of those gaming tokens. I was wondering if anyone could identify the country of origin or the type of coin it was. Thanks

Some pictures will help. Maybe it's one of the Scandivanian countries, such as Denmark?

Guess it is a token, maybe from an amusement park. The word "Scandia" is pretty common for all kinds of products, companies, etc. in both North America and Northern Europe. Here is one example of a leisure park logo http://www.scandiafunland.com/images/3dlogo.jpg ("Scandia Funland" in California) and I am afraid there's many more ...
