Is this an error penny? Is it worth anything? 1995

Hello y'all,

I found this penny while searching rolls. though I'm quite unsure still of what pennies are good to look for! This penny was punched to the left, and isn't like your average penny. Please take a look and give me your advice. I'd also like advice on what to look for when it comes to searching rolls of pennies.

Slightly off center, but within the standard tolerance. It would have to be off centered a good bit more to command any sort of premium.

You could get a cherrypickers guide to help in your search. It includes all of the varieties of a given date. You will need a good magnifying glass or jewelers loop to detect many of the varieties.

Probably NOT off-center. Much more likely just a mis-aligned die.
