I was probably ripped off at the time. I went to a antique auction and for some reason bought these coins.
Only thing I can say is they're both Unc. Its hard to tell the grade with those pictures. You would need to take a flat image of the coin.
Those both look like they are in the MS-63 range, kind of hard to tell from the photos. What makes you think that you were ripped off?

Both look pretty good to me. The 1900 will grade out higher than the 87 though. As to being ripped off, depends on what you paid for them. Ice and Kirk are right, better pics will tell the tale.

I would say MS63 for the 1900, but I have also seen PCGS grade coins like that at MS64. The other one I would say MS63.
