Hello, I am going to keep this thread active for any future finding from my searching into pennies. I think I have searched over 5,000 pennies since a month to present. Still searching another batch of 2,500 near me. :)

I will go ahead and post different pictures with dates and error that I found. I might use wrong error statement, but I am trying to describe it correctly based on website and books' explanation on errors. However, some of them I just make it up. You are welcome to correcting me with term and let me know if any of them may consider as a rare coin.

I may be able to help you a little , some of the things you are calling die cracks is laminated planchet coins.
this happens when the metal alloys do not get mixed good when the coin's metal is being melted to make the
planchets with. your last 3 photos is a good example of this .

Thank you for all of these interesting photos. I especially like the "1995 die break or crack from rim to head (two pictures)".

The one you call "the black hole" is pretty cool too !

The 1958-D with the rim missing is called a clipped planchet error. Nice find.

You have some really nice finds! A few are actually Post Mint Damage (PMD) but the bulk of them are legit. I think it is evident that you take your time on each coin. The 1958-D with the piece of the rim missing is one of the PMD coins. It is not a clipped planchet, if it was the rims would be squared and not sloped as seen in your picture.
