I has some phew coins of diferent o the same years, and knowing all this about the values of coins and that the better state of the coin better the value.. but here are my questions:

1- What part of the coin gives more value to it if in good condition? is it the picture in the middle? or the text around it?

here are is a coin, but for the example each side of it is a diferent coin.

1st side- Pretty clear text around the coin, but the face in the middle is pretty damaged.

2nd side-Pretty clear image in the center, but the word around the coin have been half eated.

So, if each side is a coin, wich would be worth more? or they are both worth the same?

This isin't really coin values but...

2-Ok So i've got a english black commemorative coin, and it has this scrach on it ( i haven't done it -.-) i i wondered if it was posible to cover that up with something or..?

    Here it is:

No one part of a coin determines it's grade, it's a sum of all it's parts. It's not uncommon for one side of a coin to be different grade than the other side.

I love the old cartwheel, just bought one of those for myself.

The scratch can't be fixed any way that I know of, except by wear. You could put it in your pocket and wear it down......but other that that, you are stuck with the scratch.
