The only one that might bring a premium is the last picture of the nickel, maybe it could bring a buck to two.
These are not off center strikes, they are misaligned die errors. Many look to be within tolerance, though. The last nickel was a common date for such a finding, so maybe 50 cents or so.
Yup, all look to be misaligned to me as well. Although, that last nickel looks pretty worn, I'd swap a nickel for it if I had to.
