Probably not as high as they did. I dunno, depends on how bad those scratches look in hand. But certainly no higher than 64, and if they really stand out then 63. The coin is too small, those marks have a much greater impact on the the little coins.
This coins is currently sitting in an MS62 holder, I thought it looked a little under-graded from the pictures but it could be a different story in hand. My guess was it might make an MS63.
I would have said 64 save those two on her face. 62 is a good grade, but nowadays it might grade a 63. I definitely have seen worst on a 63. Nice luster for a 62 if someone didn't dwell on those 2 scratches.
I agree, if it wasn't for those scratches on the obverse, I would have bought it. It is currently listed on Heritage right now if anyone is interested. I think it makes a very nice MS62 but an average 63...
I would go for a 63. I have some $10 63s that are dinged more but don't have the scratch. still very nice coin
