I have no idea what you mean by "dbl obverse". (I understand "dbl" means 'double' but I see only one obverse on your coin.) Are you trying to say you think your coin is a DDO - Doubled Die Obverse?
I see no doubling so in my mind it's worth 1c..To help you out, you need to go into detail. name specifics such as date, word, placement on the coin etc. For example, If you think you see doubling on the word "Liberty" state that and say you believe be the doubling is on the lower left side of the letter (s) B etc.. This way we can go to exactly where you see the doubling and give you an answer. Also your picture is a little blurry
I was refering to the strand of hair on the forehead of the 1944D cent. I am learning and not sure what this is called. What type of camera would be good for taking these types of closeups?
Chances are it's a die chip or PMD -- not worth a premium unfortunately. (Unless, you can post some closer pictures and prove me wrong! ) Check out this site: It lists all the known 1944 P/D/S DDO/Rs and RPMs http://www.coppercoins.com/lincoln/dateguide.php?date=1944
It looks like potentially a die crack to me. It appears raised, which would normally negate PMD. OP this happens when a die cracks, so metal where the crack is forms a raised line in the crack on the coin. Just for clarity, a doubled die is where the date or design shows doubling in the image. You can search old posts for ways to recognize between true doubling and machine doubling. Machine doubling is not considered an error. Hope that helped. Chris
