Brandenburg Friedrich II. 1740-1786 18 Gröscher 1755 E

Good morning everyone,



This coin came with a collection I bought yesterday and I´m still having some problems with identifying it. That is I cant find it in catalogs.

There is a site that has one of these online seen here

But for some reason this coin is not listed in Krause or a german catalog I got my hands on.

Maby someone can confirm that the auction house is correct and if you know a catalog I can find it in I would appriciate the shout.

Btw i´m hoping acetone will help remove some of that green on the coin

And yes, acetone will help remove any organic materials, like PVC on the coin.
