Carthage. We need diameter in millimeters and weight in grams to narrow it down any more.

It does. I can't tell from your scan - is there a tree behind the horse on the reverse? Also, how close are those estimates? 29mm and 16g would make more sense.

There is a tree behind the horse and the size is dead on the weight estimate could be way off so it could be 16 grams

    Should be:
CARTHAGE, Second Punic War. Circa 220-215 BC. Æ Trishekel. Wreathed head of Tanit left / Horse standing right; palm tree in background. MAA 84; SNG Copenhagen 344.

Yeah, I like Carthaginian coins, but I can tell you Tanit, (obverse Goddess), was a real (insert word here). She demanded human sacrifice in times of troubles, and all first born sons in times of severe trouble. Thank goodness Rome won those wars.
