The cent looks like it was struck by a hammer. I couldn't say what the 20 cent token is, but it was probably issued by a private business as a coupon of sorts.
Didn't you already start another thread (and get useful answers) about your damaged Wheat Cent? In case I only imagined that there was another thread with your damaged Wheat Cent - - - it is damaged (not an error) and has no value.
