Good evening, Just about to go to sleep over here in Iceland and I was just pondering if there is any way to find out the odds of errors being made Let´s take this one for instance Double denomination 2 Pence and 100 Kronur 2004 ( Odds of 11 cents coin appearing here 95% ) There were 356.396.000 minted of the 2 pence in 2004 There were 2.400.000 minted of the 100 Kronur piece in 2004 I´m not even sure if there is any way to calculate the odds. Maby this is just a stupit tought and my none calculating brain is trying to act like Mr. T Well that´s all for tonight Siggi
If I were you Siggi I'd just be satisfied with knowing that is a very, very, very large number - to 1.
I'm sure the stats could be calculated mathematically if you're so inclined. Maybe there is other mathematical input, like number of blanks per hour and identifying other variables. BTW,,,,,, you might be shortchanging yourself on the percentages of the eleven-cent. Could be higher.
Thank you sir, I know it´s rarity is one to many but I just thought it was interesting to find out if it was even possible to calculate I´ll just go LOL
