Would you consider this coin damaged?

    It is a darker then normal coins. Would it be just toning and it is like this on both sides.

    i have quite a few british coins that have been lightly circulated (and heavily circulated) that have the same coloring. circulation toning is a dull, darker grey color to silver, or copper-nickel coins.
