    Wow, that 1869 proof quarter is simply amazing. I am green with envy.

    I'd bet on PR67... and it would likely just miss the cameo designation due to weak cameo in the eagles wings, which I bet is a bit less pronounced in real life.
    Nice coin.

    Ah, a sure sign of numismatic brilliance, and lacking common sense...
    I answered wrong, even after the OP give the correct answer!

    Good job on making a CAM on that, a CAM68 in that year is a great coin!

    I recently made a CAM68 on a 1963 and was excited, but I'd gladly trade!

    Thank you for the kind words.

    Please be aware that the photo showing the obverse color is a bit enhanced as I had a very difficult time showing the blue color on the obverse and I think I overcomplensated. Someday I'll reimage it and do a guess the grade on it. :)
