Neat error

    They ran out of room on the label. Double struck with 2nd strike 50% off-center with indent.

    I checked if it was a wide AM as well... it wasn't, but I was hoping!

    I would guess from the details of the original/first strike?

    That thing was begging for mercy by time it hit the hopper. "STOP HITTING MEEE!!!"

    How does something like that even make it out of the mint? It certainly wouldn't fit into a roll, although, I guess coins also leave the mint in bank bags. But, aren't the coins counted before sealing the bags? It wouldn't go through a counter either.

    Well you start by looking for wear. If it has no wear then it is at least a 60. Then you start checking for contact marks, strike and eye appeal just like you would any other coin.
