I thought the same thing.

 

Face value. No dealer is likely interested because what you have is what he/she might have in his/her pocket as loose change, to buy horrible food out of the vending machines.

 

And they still are!

 

I picked up on it right away GB, and noted that the experience gained on this forum within that time frame has been (hopefully) most beneficial to him......

 

Wow - lots of replies to this old post - Just from me commenting on my previous noob-ish-ness.

If anyone is wondering what happened to these coins, the 1964-2006 cents are probably in my in-progress 1909-Present Lincoln Cents folders. The other ones have probably been rolled up and turned into the bank!

 

Just glad to see you stick with it. Some get that first disappointment and quit - and everybody has been there at some point. And I did not even realize it until I got to the second screen. And I still have a couple of those little albums from the 70's. Maybe one day I will complete a set of lincolns.
