Just got these yesterday...did the best I could with my dinosaur scanner. They have been graded. If you want see how close you can get! I've got an 1837 Matron Head Large Cent, and 1912-S Lib Nickel. Its hard to make out, but that IS an S
The large Cent I would guess to be VF and the V-Nickel (Though a little fuzzy), I think it's an F-12.
I'll go XF-45 on the 1837 cent, maybe higher. The V-Nickel seems about average for the type. The date and mint mark certainly isn't though, so I'll also go F-12 on that one.:thumb: Take Care B
The photos aren't too clear so I could be off.... The 1912s nickel looks to be graded by PCI I'm going to say that it will be one point higher than my grade. The LG cent is graded by either ICG or a new ANACS slab.... 1912-s---VG10 almost F12 1837 LG cent--VF25 Speedy
Hey guys I'm sorry for the pic quality....imagine them sharp....um, i guess. One of you have 1 of the grading services for 1 coin right......but the grade is not.....
Try this site....they're posted there. Within the encapsulations. Right on with the lib nick......WAY off on the 1837 cent!!! Believe it justifies its grade. The pics don't do it justice and theres no way to get them to. It has great detail and some of the luster is still there. http://www.pkhservices.com/jt_coins.html
