error note or not

    my sister found a like vf-30 serias 1950 new york 10 $ bill the face printing like looks really out of its collar is that an error?

    ya i guess that was confusing

    you nkow how both sides of the note is printed sepretly the front with the face is printed not in the middle of the note

    Then where is it printed? Im very confused. Post a picture

    He means that either the first or second printing was out of register. (Off to one side or the other, too high or too low.) Unless it is far enough off that part of the next note is visible it usually isn't worth a premium.
