    Unfortunately the picture is too small to be able to determine what's going on with that coin.

    We need a bigger pic.

    Please post larger photos. Your coin looks interesting but I cannot determine anything from the small photo.

    I am however gonna take the shot.... It appears from the tiny pics to be glue... bigger pictures are needed to be certain... but i'm about 90+% that it's a glue job.

    It looks to be double struck with a perfect 90 degree rotation. I'm no error expert, but something smells fishy.

    Looks like a squeeze job.

    It's done by placing on penny over the other in a vice and tightening the vice until the impression is squeezed onto the other coin.

    This would be PMD(Post Mint Damage).
