1987 d/d mint sets?

is this the 1987 d/d? http://www.lincolncentresource.com/RPMS/1987Drpm3.html i have ten of these still in the mint sets. they all have this same misshaped mint mark. looks just like the rpm3 in the link. the crop is the best i can do. anyone know how to blow it up and resave it in a larger size?
