I have a 20 Pesos note from Chihuahua, Mexico and wondered what it could be worth. It's in pretty bad shape, torn at the creases and was folded in 8ths.
Photographs would help. Some of these Mexican Revolutionary Chihuahua notes were reproduced in Hollywood and used as stage money in films until the 1960's. It was illegal to show real US money in films until 1960.
I have seen vg chihuahua 20 peso notes on sale for 2 dollars, and those do not seem to sell at that price, I would guess if someone were to offer you a dollar for it, considering the condition you described it as being in, you would be doing well
