The 1924 Rubel says BCEX CTPAH, COEДИHЯИTECb! ПРOЛETAPИИ I can just make out Proletarii, but the rest is beyond me. Siberian Man, you should be able to enlighten me. This coin is a gift for a friend in the states, and I want to be able to tell him what it says.
One more thing, the denomination seems to be "Odin Rubel". Is Odin = 1? Any relation to the Norse god?
Click the blue thing under it... on the left. "All countries, unite ECB! WORKERS" is what it translates it to for me.
What I found is this: "All proletarians of the world unite!". This is found at the bottom of the first crest of Uzbekestan (circa 1931).
Word order is "Пролетарии всех стран соединяйтесь" it means "Unite! low class workers of all countries".
