1939 s lincoln wheat cent s/s ddo?

    Maybe the s? The right side of 9? If it's not a ddo, what would cause this for educational purposes :) thanks for any advice.

    use a light (not flash) when you take a picture. The one you linked is to dark to tell

    sorry its my digital microscope. one of the bulbs went out. i will try to take a better one

    took some more. there is that crack to the right of the 9 that might be doing it, but it has a nice curve and same length.? doesn't hurt to ask :)

    yes, this is from a deteriorated die, the same as the so called 1955 "poor man's doubled die"
