I didn’t look to closely as I’m only on for a minute or two. You saw the Bust Dime I just posted so to me these are all spenders but you might have a few minor errors on them. As I said, I didn’t look closely. Happy New Year!!

Just generally asking if you liked coin collecting or are going to be collecting coins.
Guess next question is what do you like to collect?
I read these are your mother's and father's collection.

My mom didn't really collect coins, she had some from her mother but those got absorbed into my dad's collection.
That probably where I got started with circulated coins.
Now I'm more into the silver/gold older the better coins.
Nothing high graded really just like the looks of the older stuff.
I don't look over daily change much and not for small errors, just a quick look and nothing under a magnifying glass if I can help it... eye's aren't as good as they once we're.
Silver on the rim is pretty easy to spot.

I’m not a collector. As you can see far from it lol. My dad just saved change. He also had some foreign coins but when he was in that country or place he always brought back coins. I gave my brother most of them for his son. My mom just collected the ATB and State Coins etc for my son. Just all special. To say if I would ever buy a coin, not sure. I do post probably a bit too much but as one says here..” You are Unique”. Everyone started somewhere. Like when one right out of college, have to start somewhere. So for now, not collecting unless my husband brings me a roll or two lol. In Tennessee I found in my change the W quarter I have as my avatar. I was tickled. Cannot lie. Lol. Thanks again.

Unique and I’ll add that they LOVE pictures here.
    You take great pictures.
Even if you don’t buy coins in the future, I hope to see some pocket change for years to come.

@PamR You posted photos of some 1982-P dimes. Be on the lookout for 1982 dimes with NO MINT MARK (error). In mint state, they're worth about $100 to $300.

If you like dimes, here is the first one.

    1796 Dime All.jpg

There are six varieties of the 1796 dime. The one with the die cud to the left of the date is believed to be the first die pair. There are several hundred of these believed to exist, but they don't show up very often today.

Very nice… great shape as well. Dimes have so much detail and go very far back. Not sure if I will ever get into purchasing but it’s easy to get hooked lol. Thank you for posting.

More dimes I’m looking at for a friend from their grandfather. Some die cracks. I think anyway lol. DDOs and DDR but any input is appreciated. I have more to post.
