    No idea. From the description, it sounds like PMD. Especially because the indentation appears on the back of the coin. It isn't a mint error.

    And how does the seller know it's the 5th coin to be struck by the mint?

    I think what he's trying to say is that he thinks it is a strike through error but he did not know the proper term.

    I believe he's talking about it being the 5th time for the mint to offer the burnished ASE.
