Is this a real Roman Coin?

I have a coin here and i dont know if its real. if it is real can someone please tell what it is. i half a half dollar next to the coin to compare size. thanks!

it wont let me. i have the pictures on my camera and iphoto.

 

Obviously we can't look at your camera, I'm not sure what "iphoto" is, but your links would seem to be on your computer, in which case randygeki's instructions should work. Otherwise, upload them to picasa or some other public website.
