Is this offset?

I'll attest to that being a little bit off.

 

Usually misalingned digits in the serial number have to be more akew than that one to command a premium.

I compliment you, however, on your very keen eye.

I would spend it. Minor flaws can be found in most paper currencies.

 

Misaligned digits don't carry much of a premium unless you can see another digit
