On #3, I assume you mean among coins that have any copper, lol, because there are several coins without any copper at all. Also, do you mean by the absolute weight of copper in the coin, or as a weight percentage of the coin? Also, are you referring only to US coins? If so the initial assumption is moot, since all US coins currently being minted for general circualtion have some copper in them.

Very nice though I don't know who was on the Sicilian coin.

#16 is really 1mil since these were issued by states as tax tokens
and #23 could be a little misleading since not all coins issued after
the 2c (1864) contained the motto.

#3- Many world coins do contain no copper as Troodon pointed out.
#24- Morgan Dollar- this question is worded incorrectly- Besides Liberty Head and Morgan Dollar, what other name is the silver dollar of 1878 -1921 known as?

D'oh. There's nothing wrong with #23. I misread the question.

Cladking, if you are going to count tax tokens, California id #s L13, L16 & L17 were each for 1/4 MILL. There may be others as well, but I found those first. That is the smallest that I recalled off the top of my head.

I enjoyed the quiz, thanks B12! I missed the foreign questions and #24.

#19 could be made less obvious if asking about a "half card", lol, that would probably eliminate any lucky guesses being the correct answer.
